Credits represent the unit of computing resources in VoxDeck required for generating presentations. More complex tasks—such as longer context, enhanced visual performance, and interactive effects—require more credits than simple ones.

No, the credits in your monthly plan will expire at the end of the billing cycle. However, any extra credits purchased through add-on packs remain valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. The system will prioritize the consumption of credits from your monthly plan first, followed by credits from your credit pack.

Usage varies based on several factors: Length of text, including any files you attach; Length of conversation; The richness, page count, etc. of the generated presentation.

If you've depleted your credits, you have several options: Wait for your daily free credits to automatically refresh, Upgrade from the Free version to a Plus subscription for a higher credit allocation, or Purchase additional credits packs (available exclusively to Plus subscribers).
